What you receive after you pay

There is no physical SIM and nothing to post. Your eSIM is delivered as a QR code plus a set of codes you can type in by hand.

As soon as your payment clears we provision the plan with our network supplier and put the eSIM details on your order page. You will also get an email with the same details.

What is in the delivery

  • A QR code. Scanning it is the fastest way to install the eSIM.
  • An SM-DP+ address. This is the server your phone talks to when it downloads the profile.
  • An activation code. Use it with the SM-DP+ address if you cannot scan the QR code — for example when the code is on the same phone you are installing onto.
  • The plan itself: how much data, which destinations it covers, and the date the validity ends.

Print it or save it before you fly

Installing an eSIM needs an internet connection, but it does not need mobile data — hotel or airport Wi-Fi is fine. Save a screenshot of the QR code anyway, so you are not locked out of your own email if something goes wrong.

The 365-day clock has already started

Validity begins when we provision the plan at purchase, not when you install or first connect. Buy close to your trip rather than months ahead.
