When the clock starts and when the plan ends

Validity starts at purchase. There is no activation window, no grace period, and no way to pause it.

Every plan we sell runs for 365 days, and those 365 days begin when we provision the plan with our supplier — which happens within moments of your payment clearing.

What that means in practice

  • Installing the eSIM does not start the clock. It has already started.
  • Waiting to connect does not preserve the allowance. The end date is fixed from purchase.
  • There is no activation window. Some providers give you months before the clock starts; we do not, and we are not going to imply otherwise.

When it ends

The plan stops at the end date even if data is left, and stops when the data runs out even if days are left. Whichever comes first ends the plan. Nothing renews automatically and you are never billed for going over.

So buy close to the trip

Buying months ahead does not protect the allowance — it just spends part of the 365 days before you leave.
