1What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store and send back on later requests. It is how a site remembers that you are signed in, or that you chose dark mode, across page loads.

The same rules cover related technologies such as local storage. Where we use those, we describe them here as if they were cookies.

2How we use them

Narrowly. We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember two display preferences, and for nothing else.

• We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
• We do not embed third-party analytics or social media trackers.
• We do not sell or share cookie data with anyone.

All of these are first-party cookies, set by this site on this domain. Session cookies are removed when you close your browser; the rest expire on the schedule shown.

4The categories in plain terms

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to function and for you to stay signed in. They are set because you asked for a service that cannot work without them. Blocking them means you cannot sign in, order, or view your eSIM.

Preferences

Remember a choice you made — your language and your light or dark theme. Blocking them means the site forgets those choices between visits. Nothing else breaks.

Analytics

We do not currently set any. If that changes we will list them here and ask for consent first where the law requires it, rather than adding them quietly.

Advertising

We do not set any, and we have no plans to.

5Third parties

Paying for a plan sends you to our payment provider’s own hosted checkout page. Any cookies set there are set on their domain, by them, under their cookie and privacy policies. We cannot read them and they are not covered by this policy.

When you return to our site after paying, you are back under this policy again.

We do not embed third-party fonts, maps, videos or social widgets that would set cookies on your behalf. Our typeface is served from our own servers precisely so that loading a page does not tell anyone else you did.

6Consent, and why you have not seen a banner

In most jurisdictions, cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver a service you asked for do not require consent, and neither do preference cookies you set yourself by using a control on the page. Those are the only kinds we set, which is why there is no consent banner.

Whether that analysis holds in every market we sell into has not yet been confirmed by a lawyer. It is listed as an open item at the top of this page. If the answer is that a banner is required, we will add one — and if we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask first regardless.

7Controlling cookies yourself

Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block future ones. The controls live in the privacy or site-settings section of your browser, and they work on us whatever this page says.

• Blocking the preference cookies is harmless. The site reverts to your browser language and system theme on each visit.
• Blocking the authentication cookies prevents signing in. Browsing plans, coverage and this help content still works.
• Deleting cookies signs you out. Your account and your eSIMs are unaffected.

8Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not track you across other websites, so a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal has nothing to switch off here. We mention it because saying nothing would leave you guessing.

9Changes to this policy

If we add or remove a cookie, this list changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Adding a category we do not currently use would be a material change, and we would say so directly.
