Our catalogue is priced in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) and that is the amount that reaches your card. When we display a price in another currency it is a conversion for orientation only, marked with an approximation sign.
What your bank does
Your bank converts the HKD amount using its own rate on the day, and may add a foreign transaction fee. The figure on your statement will therefore differ slightly from any converted price we showed you. That difference is between you and your bank; we never see it.
Receipts
- Your order page shows the amount charged, in HKD, with the date.
- A confirmation email is sent for every completed order.
- If you need an invoice made out to a company, message us with the order number and the billing details.
Card security
Card details are entered on our payment provider’s form and never reach our servers. We store the outcome of the payment and the last four digits, nothing more.
