APN settings

Almost always automatic. On the rare device that needs it manually, here is where to look and what to change.

An APN tells your phone which gateway to use for mobile data. Our profile carries the correct APN, and virtually every modern phone applies it automatically when the eSIM installs.

When to touch it

Only when the SAIMING line shows signal bars but no data at all, and you have already confirmed that data roaming is on and that the SAIMING line is selected for mobile data. If those are not both true, fix those first — they cause this symptom far more often than the APN does.

Where the setting lives

  • iPhone: Settings → Cellular → tap the SAIMING line → Cellular Data Network.
  • Android: Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → tap the SAIMING line → Access Point Names.

What to enter

Leave every field blank except the APN name itself, and use the value shown on your order page. Do not invent one — an APN copied from a forum will simply fail to connect, and some devices then cache the failure until you reboot.

Message us instead of guessing

If your order page does not show an APN and data is not working, contact us with the order number. We will read the value from the profile rather than have you experiment.
